Test Kitchen Tuesdays arrive at Tutto Bene
Tuesdays are the new hot dining day at Tutto Bene. Recently appointed Head Chef Nicolo Conenna (095 Group, Carmine’s Group) heralds in a fresh dining event for any foodie’s calendar: ‘Test Kitchen Tuesdays’.  Occupying the last Tuesday of each month, Tutto Bene’s Test Kitchen Tuesday will see diners treated to a degustation of delights, enjoying four courses for just $40.  The set menu will comprise of all new dishes each month, only available on the night.

Winter Night Market
The Winter Night Market returns to Queen Vic Market to warm up your Wednesdays with tasty street food, roaring fires, specialty shopping, quirky entertainers and deliciously spiced mulled wine.  Wander the Market sheds and delight in the smells, sounds and tastes of winter, then top off the feasting and shopping with a boogie at the silent disco or enjoy live, local entertainment.

This July, the Winter Night Market will transform into a winter wonderland for Christmas in July.  For five weeks only, those yearning for cool Christmas fun reminiscent of the northern hemisphere can enjoy the best of Melbourne’s street food, drinks and entertainment with a distinctly festive flavour. Enjoy a real snow machine under the Market’s historic sheds, as well as a mini forest of Christmas trees glistening with decorations at the Queen Street end of the Market. Spiced mulled wine, decadent chocolate Christmas puddings and non-alcoholic eggnog from Melbourne Cocoa, free children’s art and craft, and the cheery sound of Christmas carollers are just some of the festive delights set to warm up Wednesday nights during Christmas in July.

Whisky Wine & Fire at Caulfield Racecourse
A tasting festival inside a fire garden, Whisky, Wine & Fire brings together some of the country’s most acclaimed Whisky and Wine producers with a host of provedores & restaurants cooking using fire as both heat and theatre – think smoked meats, heirloom beets and winter feasting. NGV Friday Nights

Barossa.Be Consumed Melbourne 2019
This coming Saturday 20th July 2019 ‘Barossa Be. Consumed’, are heading to Melbourne with 47 of their Winemakers and over 230 of their wines for our third Barossa Be Consumed.  Not only will you be tasting a stunning variety of the region’s brilliant wines, ‘Barossa. Be Consumed’ will also be offering you a taste of the region’s food, culture, history and character. With over 230 wines from 45+ Winemakers, plus artisan gin, local produce, live music and new ‘Meet the Maker’ sessions, Barossa.Be Consumed is an unmissable event for food and wine lovers.

In addition you will be able to join the ‘Meet the Maker Sessions’ and uncover some hidden Barossa stories during a seated tasting experience. Be prepared for a little friendly banter between the panel of winemakers and their friends as they take you through their wines.  These 45-minute-long sessions are limited to 15 participants and are the perfect opportunity to taste wine with and learn from the people that made it. Gazi have got Sunday’s covered this Winter with ‘Gazi Go Slow’ Sunday sessions. Indulge in their 3-course slow food menu for $45. 2019 Pork & Pinot Event hosted by CRU Kew
The annual Pork & Pinot Event returns to CRU!  Due to it’s popularity and the incredible feedback received from following years, this year’s event will have two seatings available (Saturday 27th July from 6:00pm and Sunday 28th July 2019 from 12:00pm.  Guests will enjoy four mouth-watering, many ways cooked pork accompanied by a special hand-picked selection of world-class Pinot Noir wines.  Tickets are on sale now for both events on the CRU website. Fireside – Yarra Valley
Fireside is the Yarra Valley’s brand new Winter festival celebrating all the best things about Winter.  The nine-day festival kicks of on Saturday 27th July 2019, with an intimate tasting event where you will find 10 of the best Yarra Valley winemakers.  Rather than behind a table like formal tasting set-ups, you’ll find the winemakers wandering amongst the beer garden, sitting by fire braziers, chatting to guests and pouring their wines. There’s no better way to learn about wines than hearing the passion straight from those who make them.  You’ll have the opportunity to taste wines from De Bortoli Wines, Helen & Joey Estate, Journey Wines, Mac Forbes, One Block/Jayden Ong Wines, Punt Road Wines, Rob Dolan Wines, Santolin Wines, Six Acres Wines and Yarra Yering.

Brunch with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra – Hosted by Supernormal
Supernormal in Melbourne’s CBD are delighted to host a very special one-off brunch at Supernormal on Tuesday 30th July with a performance by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.  The performance is inspired by the National Gallery of Victoria’s current Melbourne Winter Masterpieces series exhibiting China’s ancient terracotta warriors, alongside contemporary works by Cai Guo-Qiang.  MSO cellist Michelle Wood will perform a solo piece ‘Song of the Birds by Pablo Casals – in reference to Cai Guo Qiang’s 10,000 birds installation ‘Murmuration (Landscape)‘.  A string quintet will also perform the stunning ‘Cantilena Pacifica by Australian Composer by Australian Composer Richard Meale, providing a contrast of contemporary Australian and traditional Chinese musical pieces.

The Espy Record Fair
